Ukraine’s Myrotvorets website has appealed to the country’s authorities to check where presidential candidate Volodymyr Zelensky’s election campaign is being funded from, according to a report.

The Polish-language jagiellonia.org website reported that experts which it did not name claimed to have evidence that an officer with the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) in February ordered a money-laundering operation to finance Zelensky’s campaign.
Myrotvorets specialises in revealing personal information about people who allegedly pose a threat to state security and which comes from leaked documents related to the security of Ukraine, according to jagiellonia.org.
In the first round of Ukraine’s presidential election late last month, Zelensky, a comedian and actor, won more votes than incumbent Petro Poroshenko.
A run-off ballot is scheduled for April 21.
