The White House is planning a flyover of two F-35 fighter jets during Wednesday's visit from Polish President Andrzej Duda, broadcaster CNN has reported, citing US government officials.

The plan comes as Warsaw and Washington are set to announce an increase in America's troop presence in Poland, CNN reported.
The broadcaster noted on its website that Poland was also taking steps to purchase new F-35s from the United States, and that the Polish defence minister this week travelled to an air force base in Florida to see the jets in action.
Polish Defence Minister Mariusz Błaszczak on Tuesday held a series of talks in Washington ahead of the expected announcement of a deal on an increased US military presence in his country.
Błaszczak on Monday visited Eglin Air Force Base in western Florida, the main training site for F-35 multirole fighter jets, the kind of modern aircraft that Poland wants to buy from the United States to replace its fleet of worn-out Soviet-era machines, public broadcaster Polish Radio's IAR news agency has reported.
Polish President Andrzej Duda and US leader Donald Trump were on Wednesday scheduled to meet at the White House, an event during which they were expected to announce a long-awaited deal to boost America’s military presence in Poland amid fears of Russian aggression.
