The concept of the annual event is to present the cultures of Warsaw's ethnic minorities through the arts, with an emphasis on music and dance.
Groups in folk costume whirled through the streets of the capital, with Varsovians making the most of the agreeable weather.

“We want the Street Party to be one of Warsaw's key attractions, like the carnival in Rio de Janeiro, and the Notting Hill carnival in London,” the organisers enthused in a statement.
The parade passed through several of the capitals main thoroughfares, including Marszalkowska Street, Krolewska Street and Krakowskie Przedmiescie.
