Prominent Polish rapper Peja is suing TV station Eska after the latter broadcast a music video that was solely intended for internet site Youtube.

Peja, who was born Ryszard Andrzejewski, released the track ''Evergreen'' in October 2013 to mark the 20th anniversary of his group Slums Attack.
However, the group specified that the video was exclusively made for Youtube users.
''We've got our image, and we don't want to be associated with that television station,'' said Slums Attack member Dariusz Dzialek, aka DJ Decks.
In court this week, Dzialek explained the value of the Youtube format.
''The more views, the more advertising revenue there is,'' he said.
However, lawyers representing music station Eska TV have repudiated this argument, claiming that exposure on television would actually bring more users to Youtube.
The court has forbidden Eska from emitting the video for the duration of the trial.
Court history
The current case is not Andrzejewski's first brush with the lawcourts.
In April 2010, the rapper was found guilty of inciting violence after a teenager was beaten up at a concert in the town of Zielona Gora.
Mobile telephone footage showed Peja calling on fans to deal with a member of the audience who had shown him the middle finger.
''You know what to do with him,'' the rapper declared.
The young man in question was duly given a heavy beating.
The rapper was ordered to pay a 6000 zloty fine (1500 euros) as well as 5000 zloty damages (1250 euros) to the victim.
He made a full apology for his actions. (nh)
