Poles keen on digital entertainment: report

Poles watch and listen to entertainment online just as much as consumers in western Europe, according to the Rzeczpospolita daily.

An S&P Global Market Intelligence report quoted by the paper found that 83 percent of Polish internet users own a smartphone, more than half own a tablet and 41 percent a smart TV.
Rzeczpospolita reported that six in ten of Poles use a Video on Demand service of some kind, while an expert quoted by the daily said that Poles have just started to use the internet functions of their smart TVs. (tf/pk)
