Oscar contenders for the best foreign film

The US Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences announced today final list of nominations for all Oscar categories, including the subject of Polish hopes - Best Foreign Language Film.

Polish nominee, Agnieszka Holland's In Darkness is up against four other films, with Iranian "A Separation" considered to be the favorite for the Academy Award.

As of yet, there are no markets available for betting on the Foreign Film category with major bookmakers (one can, however, bet on any of the winners falling over on stage during the awards ceremony, with 20/1 odds). Predictions of possible outcomes remain with the audiences. Below, we present the trailers for five nominated features. (anb)
