The electric buses, which draw power from overhead lines, will boast air conditioning, wireless internet access and power points for charging mobile devices.
The first of the Polish vehicles will arrive in Vilnius next summer, to be followed by a second batch in the autumn.
The Polish producer is also taking part in a tender to supply Vilnius with 150 new city buses. The results of the tender will be announced later this month.
Solaris has previously produced 45 trolleybuses for the Lithuanian capital; these appeared on the streets of Vilnius in 2004.
