Two Polish teams have submitted material to the Guinness World Records organisation after playing what appears to be the longest indoor football game in history, clocking up close to two days.

The teams went head to head over the weekend in a school's indoor sports hall in Drawsko Pomorskie, northern Poland.
Although players were not allowed to leave the hall for the duration of the match, the teams were allowed a five-minute break every 55 minutes.
The time to beat was 40 hours, a record set by two Norwegian teams in 2012.
The Poles apparently surpassed their Scandinavian rivals by a considerable measure, notching up 45 hours and 30 minutes.
''The worst part was at night,'' one player told Radio Szczecin.
''Our bodies was so tired, but we couldn't sleep,'' he added.
It can take up to three months for Guinness World Records to verify results of a challenge. (nh)
