The 27-year-old Bayern Munich player wore the mask for the last month of the Bundesliga after fracturing his upper jaw, nose and suffering concussion in a semi-final match with Borussia Dortmund in April.
Lewandowski’s first maskless match is set to be Poland’s upcoming Euro 2016 qualifier on 13 June with Georgia.
Lewandowski, who scored 25 goals for the German champions last season, admitted that the mask had had a negative effect on his play.
“For sure it didn’t help my game,” he said. “Especially in situations where I had to make a quick decision on the pitch.”
Proceeds from the auction sale will go to charity, Bayern Munich said in a press release. (jh/jb)
