Poland's Patryk Dudek has won silver at the Speedway World Championships after coming second to Australia's Jason Doyle in the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne.

Britain's Tai Woffinden came third.
“I feel a bit unsatisfied because slightly better riding would have got me the gold medal,” Duda said.
He also said he was unable to beat Doyle because with each race his motorcycle was worse for wear.
Poland's Maciej Janowski and Bartosz Zmarzlik came just short of the podium, in fourth and fifth place respectively. (vb)
