The Pole lost the rematch 49-46 on all three scorecards at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, on Saturday.
Jędrzejczyk, 30, lost her Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) strawweight title in a bout against Namajunas, nicknamed “Thug,” in November last year.
Namajunas, 25, a daughter of Lithuanian immigrants, at the time won by technical knockout in the first round of the fight at Madison Square Garden in New York.
The November fight marked Jędrzejczyk’s first defeat as a professional mixed martial artist. She had previously defended her UFC strawweight title five consecutive times and has a win-loss ratio of 14-2.
Meanwhile, Poland's Karolina Kowalkiewicz, a 32-year-old strawweight contender, defeated Felice Herrig of the United States by a split decision in another fight during the UFC 223 event at Barclays Center on Saturday.
Kowalkiewicz, with a win-loss record of 12-2, has moved a step closer to a title shot.
