Offside! Poland's Olympic dreams crushed. Presented by Danuta Isler.
Russia crushed Poland in Olympic men's volleyball ending country's dreams of the medal.
Poland were expected to challenge for a medal after winning the World League in July, but on the night Russia proved too strong and progressed to the semifinals following a 3-0 victory.

- Two third places in the 84kg Greco-Roman wrestling and 105kg weightlifting saw Poland pick up two bronze medals at the London 2012 Olympics
