Wrocław Opera launches a new production of Donizetti's "Lucia di Lammermoor" with three leading ladies to choose.

Half a century after "Lucia" was last shown here, Director of Wrocław Opera Ewa Michnik brought in Annette Leistenschneider to stage this masterpiece of belcanto, which is conducted by Tomasz Szreder, with scenography, lights and costumes by Paweł Dobrzycki. Three young and talented sopranos alternate in the breakneck lead part.
