Marked every year on April 2, the World Autism Awareness Day aims to increase people's knowledge about people, especially children with autism.

Ajay Pal is an Indian national who came to Poland in 1986 and who is one of the driving forces behind the Silentio Foundation established in 2009 to help people with autism.
Within the scope of its activities, it has been operating a therapeutic center in Warsaw and plans to build a residential care home not far from the capital for adults with autism.
