Since the Euromaidan Revolution and with the European Union’s support, Ukraine has made progress in implementing necessary reforms.
The people of Ukraine gathered at the Kiyv's Maidan Square in November 2013 to protest President Yanukovych's failure to sign Ukraine's Association agreement with the EU. The Maidan revolution launched the process of gradual reforms, carried out with European Union's member countries' help, despite the Russian Crimea annexation and the ongoing war in the Donbas.
