Kiss your calories goodbye ad stirs world-wide protest
After a Dubai gym used an image of the former death camp as part of an advertising campaign, Hagay Hacohen reports on reactions.
Since the British owner of a Dubai-based gym attempted advertising his business using an image of the entry gates to the former Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp, controversy has been stiring around the world. He has since appologised, however a world-wide disscussion on the usage of Holocoust-related materials carries on.
In his report for News from Poland, Hagay Hacohen talks to Pawel Sawicki, from the public relations department of the Auschwitz museum and Dr. Esther Webman from the Moshe Dayan Center at Tel Aviv University.
