A fourth suspect will be released on bail if he puts up PLN 10,000 within three weeks.
He will be banned from leaving the country, his passport confiscated and placed under police supervision.
Lawyers for the suspects asked for them to be released after it emerged during a hearing last week that the court had concerns about translations of bugged conversations which constitute key evidence in the case, the PAP news agency reported.
Four Russian nationals who said they were Chechens were detained by Poland’s Internal Security Agency (ABW) in early 2015.
They are charged with being part of an organised criminal group operating in Poland and Turkey and of raising funds for terrorist activities by ISIS.
