The Sanctity of Life march in the Polish capital followed religious services in churches and was combined with a drive to collect baby supplies for underprivileged women.
Participants helped collect diapers, infant formula and baby care products for women's shelters.
The march also aimed to highlight the role of marriage and the family.
This year’s event additionally focused on advocating adoption over abortion.
The first Sanctity of Life march was held on March 25, 2006, marking Sanctity of Human Life Day, as observed by the Roman Catholic Church in Poland.
Meanwhile, some 20,000 pro-life advocates took part in the 16th annual March for Life in the northwestern city of Szczecin on Sunday, Catholic broadcaster Radio Maryja reported.
