Police were informed about the graffiti on Sunday. They have seized video surveillance footage from the area.
Last Friday, “PZPR+” was painted on the building’s façade, Polish Radio's IAR news agency reported.
The graffiti referred to PZPR, the communist-era Polish United Workers' Party, and the “plus” to the current government’s social welfare policies such as the "500 plus" state handout for families.
It is the second such attack in a week.
Previously, the same building was vandalised with obscene language. (vb/pk)
