Tomasz Majewski caused a stir when he took gold in shot put four years ago in Beijing - Poland's first Olympic medal in the sport since 1972 victory of the late Wladyslaw Komar.
This year the Polish record-holder used his chance for a second shot at gold during the London Olympics, becoming the third shot putter to successfully defend the Olympic title. He threw 21.89 meters, improving on his Beijing throw of 21.89 meters.
Our sports editor Danuta Isler caught up with Majewski to talk about Olympic emotions, and the critical question: what do we do, to create more Olympic champions?
